Accommodated in a wheelchair-accessible room with a convenient minibar and all the necessary comforts, which suited my needs perfectly.

it is reasonably priced. the breakfast offers plenty of slices of fresh bread, pastries, yoghourt and fruit. excellent service, the breakfast was varied and absolutely fantastic and they have private parking if needed.

Every detail of this extremely convenient property was excellent. The staff was very helpful and experienced, took good care of everyone. The comfort room we stayed in was luxurious with nice bathroom. It had central location close to Paseo de la Independencia.

Location: the hotel was near city centre and lovely restaurants and the main monuments to visit and all main attractions.

Friendly staff who provided a helpful map of Zaragoza's attractions. Refurbished rooms with comfortable amenities. Great underground parking for added convenience. Helpful and pleasant staff who arranged secure parking for a reasonable fee. Excellent breakfast offering good value for money.

Location and room size were very good. Very good reception staff.

We arrived late at night and were given a room on a low floor and could hear the music from a wedding. Staff offered to move us but children were already asleep. Just ask for a room that this would not affect.

Fantastic old-fashioned hotel with amazingly nice staff. Extremely spacious and luxurious room with a pleasant view of the cathedral. - Favourable and unbeatable location, just next door to Teatro Principal.

The room overlooked the air conditioning shaft and there was a constant noise. All in all the hotel is not bad, but it is not what we expected from a 4 star hotel.

The staff members were all VERY POLITE and exceptionally nice. The room was huge and luxurious with a balcony, rear views, and a huge TV. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and did not want to leave there.

A very nice hotel - and, thanks to discounts on this site, a very good deal. Centrally located, an easy walk to cathedrals, roman ruins, downtown.

A brief mixup at checkin (we were given key for one room and number of another) but it was quickly fixed.
